Having developed a distributive network, 8 distributive centers in Serbia, field sector for offering services on the spot, we introduced and positioned exclusive foreign producers in our market and thus became one of the leading distributors of this programme.
Parallel with distribution development, the system of service and spare parts network was expanding as well as education of our dealers on servicing and maintenance. In this way each of the distributive centers contained organized sector of Sale, Service and Post-sale.
In the same way Villager products were sold through distributive centers in Serbia, other centers were developed abroad- two in the Republic of Srpska and Federation of BiH (in Bijeljina and Banja Luka), Montenegro (Podgorica), Kosovo (Prishtina). Villager is also sold in the Republic of Macedonia, Bulgaria and Czech Republic. It is in these markets that the products of this brand became well known for their excellent quality with well-organized service network.
